Info about postponing the WMCAUS 2021” to 30 August - 3 September 2021
thank you for the huge interest in 6th World Multidisciplinary Civil Engineering-Architecture-Urban Planning Symposium - WMCAUS 2021.
We have been waiting for the recommendations of local and global health authorities to guide our actions until now. The coronavirus COVID-19 is still affecting around 219 countries and territories. Therefore, many countries still impose very strict restrictions, mainly on travel.
As reported by World Health Organization (WHO); until now, at least seven different vaccines across three platforms have been rolled out in countries. Vulnerable populations in all countries are the highest priority for vaccination. At the same time, more than 200 additional vaccine candidates are in development, of which more than 60 are in clinical development. The authorities expect that a significant portion of the world's population will be vaccinated by mid-summer and that life will be relatively normalized.
By considering the safety of the participants, after the continuous monitoring of all developments related to COVID-19 and following the advice provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and authorities, the Committee has decided to postpone the event to 30 August - 3 September 2021.
Looking forward to meeting you in Prague, Czech Republic during 30 August - 3 September 2021.
We encourage you to distribute this info to your colleagues and fellow participants.
Stay safe, stay healthy, stay strong.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS during the Event
This year, during the organization of WMCAUS 2021, we would like to inform you that the following precautions will be taken for reducing the risk of infection due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
All social activities (cocktail and gala dinner) will be organized in open air.
Unfortunately, this year for the safety of our participants, the excursion cannot be organized because of the travel restrictions by bus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
All areas of the venue will be frequently cleaned and disinfected.
